LB CBOA Non-Board Member acting as a Board Member with behavior that is detrimental to the Long Beach CBOA Unit and its members.
1st Fact: Unaddressed Long Beach CBOA Points and Concerns
Ron Fleming violated Robert's Rule of Order with behavior that is detrimental to the Long Beach CBOA Unit and its members. Ron Fleming is the LB CBOA associate member by our handbook/by-laws rules that govern our 501c4.

Any agenda items I receive from board members each month are reviewed by Ron Fleming for approval to add to the agenda. I spoke with Ron this morning about your agenda item request and he doesn't want it added to the agenda since we had a recent audit. He said he will address this issue at the board meeting on Sunday.

By Robert's Rules of Order:
No person can remove a topic from a 501c4 organization board meeting agenda that has been submitted by a board member or a group of members(15+) once it's been submitted unless it's a voted on topic that has been discussed and voted on recently discussed.
